Senior Product Manager

- Translate product strategy into roadmaps and detailed requirements.

- Define high-level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including product features and functions.

Leverage insights to identify opportunities and define requirements for product differentiation and innovation, while ensuring compliance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy 5-7 years directly related experience in product or service development3+ years of experience in Agile product management Experience working with strategic partners Working knowledge of product/work management and collaboration tools, such as Atlassian products, Miro and Planview Knowledge of Core Banking Systems and orchestration services to support balance management, statement generation, and end-to-end deposit and ledgering processes.

Demonstrated leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management. Proven ability to collaboratively engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further the effectiveness of the business.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills that bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. Relentless focus on the customer with experience developing and prioritizing high-level product requirements that enhance the user experience. Strong interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts. Sound decision-making, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across First American teams.
