Job Title: Director of Client Success
Location: Santa Ana, CA

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, account management, or strategic operations, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results through others.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial and data analysis, particularly in Excel and relevant business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to oversee and optimize a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring deliverables consistently align with or exceed strategic objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level client stakeholders, maintaining discretion while driving alignment with contractual service levels and engagement goals.
- Leverage advanced data analysis and industry insight to uncover cost-saving opportunities, streamline operations, and expand service impact into new spend categories.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and strategic opportunities; provide consultative recommendations rooted in best-in-class spend practices.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve client challenges with discretion, ensuring smooth issue management throughout the client lifecycle.
- Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain ongoing financial impact reporting, implementation tracking, and vendor negotiation oversight.
