Position: Document Warehouse Clerk New United States

Monday through Friday: 5:30 pm to 2:00 am - Night Shift
This is NOT Part Time

Overview

As a Document Warehouse Clerk, you will work in a document production warehouse environment. Your primary duties will include unpacking boxes of files and documents, staging for on‑site or off‑site storage, locating, and retrieving documents. This role is highly hands‑on and well suited for candidates who enjoy straightforward, repetitive tasks and can meet strict production deadlines and goals. A background in filing work, warehouse or experience is helpful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval, including unloading banker boxes of documents and preparing for scan or on‑site filing.
  • Work independently to meet or exceed daily production expectations.
  • Read handwritten file numbers and letters accurately.
  • Problem‑solve to identify where a file or document should go.
  • Use basic computer skills for data entry and research work as needed.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to security restrictions set forth by SPS/Client.
  • Comply with SPS/Client device policy, including prohibition of cell phones, digital cameras, or other imaging devices on the work floor.
  • Follow a corporate casual dress code.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Work well independently in a fast‑pace environment.
  • Use basic math skills.
  • Be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Perform repetitive tasks effectively.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to client needs.
  • Meet deadlines and production requirements.
  • Work well with others in team situations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a document production warehouse environment; background in filing work or supply/fulfillment is helpful.
  • Good with on‑the‑job training.
  • Basic computer proficiency – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills; work well alone and with others in team situations.
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines; organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Good problem‑solving; proactive and able to operate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands
  • Lift, push, pull boxes of documents weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Climb ladders and work in small or confined spaces as needed.
  • Possess fine and/or gross motor skills to handle and move packages on a wheeled cart with a load capacity of approximately 50 lbs.
  • Walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
Compensation

$18.15 per hour.
