Job Description SummaryAdministration of the construction project; assisting the Project Manager in management of the construction project.
Compensation Range$87,400.00 - $ Annual Salary
Position Responsibilities and Duties- Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements
- Track production and maintain pump and concrete logs
- Prepare billings and expedite payments
- Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders
- Write subcontract Change Orders
- Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system
- Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids
- Write project procedures
- Review plans for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements
- Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
- Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
- Field concrete experience
- Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills
- 3 - 4 years concrete construction experience
- 1+ years scheduling and estimating experience
