Base Pay Range$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 / yr
Position OverviewThe Creative Production Coordinator provides support for all graphic production, including the processing of color samples, obtaining venue permits, materials procurement, design research, quoting/invoice support, and approval deck coordination.
- Assists in the scheduling, prioritization, and delivery of graphics projects, maintaining a sharp eye for deadlines and project milestones.
- Collaborates with designers and vendors to coordinate print and digital production, resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Manages digital asset libraries and ensures all files are accurately labeled, archived, and accessible to team members for future projects.
- Reviews graphic materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before distribution or publication.
- Provides clear and friendly communication at all stages of project development.
- Assists in developing and improving workflows that enhance efficiency while nurturing a positive, supportive team environment.
- Packs creative road cases, orders consumable materials needed for installation, and pulls evergreen graphics as required.
- Works onsite as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self‑starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Solid and accurate communicator, proficient with Slack and other client‑driven communication platforms.
- Print/design background with knowledge of standard design software.
