Now in our 67th year, we are a third‑generation, family‑owned business focused on long‑term growth through independent retailers and direct‑to‑consumer channels, delivering products built for extreme conditions and prioritizing durability, performance‑driven fabrics, and lasting construction.

• Drive the visual product offerings for both Marsh Wear and AFTCO through market research and ingrained knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with the Creative Leads and in‑house product team on graphic needs.
• Direct art and product to suit the tastes of our core customers.
• Create graphics to flesh out seasonal lines.
• Manipulate artwork and graphics from outside sources to better represent company image.
• Create tech packs for the product development team.

• Experience in graphic design on a professional level in an apparel setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• A passion for fishing, hunting, and outdoor life.
• Knowledge of the southeastern fishing culture.
• Knowledge of the midwestern fishing culture is a huge plus.
• Portfolio required with resume for consideration.
