• $20.00/hr – $22.50/hr (Base pay)
• Call Center Rep. I: $19.00 - $20.00 (requires recent call center experience in any industry)
• Call Center Rep. II: $20.50 - $21.00 (requires recent banking experience)
• Call Center Rep. III: $22.00 - $22.50 (requires call center banking AND consumer lending experience)

• Must be willing and able to commute to Santa Ana, CA. Working remotely may be granted after six months of successful performance.
• Available to work shifts: 7:45am – 7:15pm, Monday – Friday, and two Saturdays per month 8:30am – 2:30pm. Opening and closing shifts Monday – Friday 7:30am – 7:15pm as well.

• Provides members with general information regarding accounts, policies, and services, delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Records and cross‑sell products and services that meet members’ financial needs, and resolves escalated member issues.
• Supports credit card, fiduciary, trust, and other complex product centers.
• Meets or exceeds goals for survey scores, productivity, and quality assurance on monitored calls.

• At least one year of call center experience in a banking environment; knowledge of sales and service preferred.
• Ability to exercise self‑awareness, self‑regulation, motivation, empathy, and be service‑oriented.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Accurate in mathematical calculations.
