This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Customer Care Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers end-to-end, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You'll Do- Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
, delivering professional and responsive support - Resolve customer questions and concerns with a solutions-focused mindset
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely follow-through
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM and internal systems
- Partner with internal teams to escalates and resolve urgent or complex issues
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with customer account adjustments and related administrative tasks
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
, ideally in a fast-paced or production-related environment - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and customer service tools
