Vaco is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative for a client located in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. This role involves resolving issues, building long-term relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Process customer orders and follow up with customers to ensure delivery.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
- Identify and elevate customer issues that require urgent attention to the relevant department.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and customer service software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
