We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, orders, issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Assist customers in placing orders and understanding product options.
- Resolve complaints, delivery concerns, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal tools.
- Provide excellent product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support (preferably in printing, e-commerce or creative industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or customer service software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Experience in art, design, or printing industries is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
