• MD or DO degree from an approved medical institution.

• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess (or be eligible for) an active California medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.

• Demonstrated diagnostic prowess and clinical capabilities, particularly in preventive care.
