Please note:
this is a full-time, in-office position.
$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Responsibilities- Review and receive client PO/Executed Contract.
- Manage contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, and obtaining signatures for agreements.
- Tracking and renewal of Certificate of Insurance for clients and subcontractors for all companies.
- Track and confirm subcontractor master agreement, licenses, contact information, and W-9.
- Bond procurement and filing of preliminary notices.
- Complete and request documentation for new projects.
- Assist with collections and resolve issues as needed.
- Provide W-9 or other documentation as requested.
- Obtain DIR information from clients and complete project setup documents.
- Alert appropriate staff of contract requirements as needed.
- Track and update Work At-Risk list and Missing DIR list.
- Track and update open PO log.
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management.

- Read and interpret documents such as contracts, purchase orders, and insurance forms.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
