OMS support engineer

Job Title: OMS Support Engineer

Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705 (Hybrid preferred but remote for the right candidate)

Pay Rate: $44.67/hr. on W2

Duration: 12 months or longer

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Assist with system logic, processes, and data particularly as it relates to OMS-related projects, customer communications, and operational activities.
• Contribute to the upcoming DB and Server OS upgrades, including OMS configuration, testing, and other hands‑on support tasks.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Electrical Utility Outage Management Application maintenance experience with back‑office support experience.
• Experience with Open Grid Network (formerly Pragma
  
  UP/Pragma
  
  LINE), SQL database, Python, Windows Server maintenance, and operational support.
