Qualifications
- Must have Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- 4+ years Telecommunications experience
- 4+ years VoIP experience
- 3+ years Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- 2-3 years Telecommunications experience
- 2 years experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- Hands‑on skills with Cisco call center applications, IVR systems and call recording solutions
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and related office products
- Strong troubleshooting and people skills
- International experience preferred
- Telecommunications system administration
- Understand telecommunications terminologies
- Plan, organize and complete work as scheduled
- Work independently in conducting analysis and completing assignments
Ability to be on call 24x7 with a company supplied Smartphone
