Physical Therapist; Rehab

Overview

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric. He/She is responsible for documentation, evaluation, progression and discharge of patients to the next level of care. He/She must be willing to float to all areas of the hospital working with a wide variety of diagnosis and acuity level. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, good interdisciplinary skills and teamwork.

The Physical Therapist takes direction and is accountable to the Director of Rehabilitation.

• Physical Therapy License in the State of California
• Bachelor s, Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• American Heart Association CPR Healthcare provider level
• 1 year general acute experience preferred.
• MAB training – must be done within 90 days of hire
