The Clinical Manager leads and directs clinical services provided and oversees Residential, Peer Mentor and care coordination services. The role ensures clinical outcomes through the effective delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based services to patients and family members. The Clinical Manager provides clinical supervision to staff in the delivery of direct service to patients and ensures the successful integration of treatment. The employee exercises independent judgment and discretion and reports to the Program Director.

• Lead and direct clinical services; ensure clinical outcomes through trauma-informed, evidence-based services.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff delivering direct services to patients and families; ensure integration of treatment.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in daily operations.

• Reporting to the Sr. Program Director.
• Oversees Residential, Peer Mentor and care coordination services.

• LMFT or LCSW licensure issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) from the State of California.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience (preferred).
• Clinical experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment (preferred).
• Must maintain a valid credential (if required for your position) during the course of employment.
• Must obtain TB test clearance and update on a yearly basis.
