We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Processor to join a great team in Santa Ana, CA for a Contract-Hire opportunity!
What You’ll Do- Process accurate and timely multi-state weekly payroll
- Review and verify employee timecards prior to payroll runs
- Handle payroll adjustments (salary changes, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
- Support employees and managers with payroll-related inquiries
- Partner with HR and team members to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Help improve processes and maintain payroll documentation
- Proven experience in payroll processing (multi-state preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with payroll software systems
