The WMS Project Manager for this open position will report to a larger task force (T/F) created to migrate the client’s SAP WMS to their proprietary platform. This is a senior/experienced role with responsibilities including managing a small team within the T/F, communicating with clients and stakeholders, managing project scopes and directions, and providing subject matter expertise around SAP WMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, status), develop project milestones, track project costs, monitor development and testing progress, document and track issues and risks, communicate project status to management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the WMS team/sub-unit within the Project T/F, reporting to T/F leaders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP WMS, including assessment of As-Is and consultation for To-Be processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients/stakeholders and HQ Project T/F Teams, requiring strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English (for clients) and Korean (for HQ teams), with strong communication skills to coordinate complex requirements between on-site clients/stakeholders in CA and project T/F members in South Korea.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP WM or LE modules.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret existing ABAP code (preferred).
  • Managerial experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent understanding of project management processes, strategies, and resource management.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
