Insurance Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join a Farmers Insurance team in Orange County. You’ll help clients protect what matters most by offering Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products.

This is a Base + Commission position with strong income growth potential. Training and licensing support are provided for the right candidate.

• Contact warm leads and existing clients to discuss insurance needs
• Quote, present, and sell Farmers Insurance products
• Build long-term client relationships
• Work toward sales goals with support from a local district office

• Base pay plus commissions and bonuses

• Career growth toward agency ownership

• Current insurance license (P&C or Life / Health) preferred or willingness to get licensed
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Sales or customer-facing experience helpful but not required
