Bilingual Spanish Medical Scheduler – Call Center, Apple One, Santa Ana, CA 92705

• Verify insurance coverage (including private insurance, workers’ compensation, PI liens with attorneys)
• Screen patients for MRI eligibility
• Schedule MRI appointments accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Healthcare experience preferred; call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in‑office full time
