Our client is seeking a Construction Law Litigator with 3-10+ years of experience to join their Orange County, CA office. The firm offers hands-on experience from day one, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to expand practice areas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision, including discovery, depositions, expert retention, and settlement.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
- Perform site inspections and issue analysis.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve client and firm objectives.
- Engage in complex legal work and provide creative, efficient solutions to clients.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- 3-10+ years of experience in construction law.
- Experience in defending residential construction defect cases in civil complex actions is preferred.
- Strong litigation experience and ability to handle matters from inception through trial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $200,000 per year.
