Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing material requirement plans, adhering to policies on OTTR/Past dues, planning, and inventory.
- Generate timely requisitions and purchase orders for all material requirements.
- Manage all purchase orders, including expediting, deferral, and cancellation.
- Maintain all purchase orders to ensure accurate data on delivery and metrics analysis.
- Review and generate supplier forecasts.
- Handle MRP actions related to purchase orders, including defer, expedite, and cancellations.
- Maintain SCBA subassembly orders in conjunction with sales orders, including defer, expedite, and cancellation.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding material supply, expediting, deferrals, confirmations, and shipments.
- Collaborate with Master Scheduler to improve inventory costs and days of sales on hand.
- Address invoice queries related to purchase orders.
- Support Logistics with cycle count queries and resolutions.
- Participate in Supply / SIOP meetings.
- Keep ERP system updated with lead-time, MOQ, planning parameters, safety stock, and levels.
- Resolve AP queries timely.
- Manage return to vendor (RTV) POs promptly.
- Resolve shipment/receipt queries from Warehouse operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technical, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years in supply chain management, production control, material planning, purchasing, operations scheduling, or supervisory roles.
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork skills.
- Supply chain experience/knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
