What You’ll Do
  • Perform CNC machine setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills (Haas, Doosan, Matsuura)
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform basic program edits and adjustments for optimal feeds and speeds
  • Conduct inspection and quality checks on finished parts
  • Maintain and perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Work closely with programmers and production teams to improve processes
  • Utilize Haas and Fanuc probing systems (tool/work offsets)
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of CNC setup or operation experience
  • Understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and tooling fundamentals
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and train others

  • Aluminum 6061-T6
  • Titanium Grade 5
  • Stainless Steel (17-4, 303, 304, 316, 455)
  • Plastics (Delrin, ABS, PTFE, PEEK, PC)
