- Perform CNC machine setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills (Haas, Doosan, Matsuura)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform basic program edits and adjustments for optimal feeds and speeds
- Conduct inspection and quality checks on finished parts
- Maintain and perform basic equipment maintenance
- Work closely with programmers and production teams to improve processes
- Utilize Haas and Fanuc probing systems (tool/work offsets)
- 3+ years of CNC setup or operation experience
- Understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and tooling fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and train others
- Aluminum 6061-T6
- Titanium Grade 5
- Stainless Steel (17-4, 303, 304, 316, 455)
- Plastics (Delrin, ABS, PTFE, PEEK, PC)
