Responsibilities include:

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.

Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Interpret work orders correctly.

Lift up to 45 lbs.

Work overtime as needed.

Operate basic lathes, grinders, and polishing equipment.

Machine intermediate tooling components with assistance.

Begin to perform basic equipment setups.

Communicate with other departments as needed (thread-roll, heading, etc.).

Work in a team environment, follow instructions, and assist others as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills:

Ability to read and write English.
Perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals.
Use basic hand tools, wrenches, etc.
Intermediate print reading skills.
Familiarity with relevant tools & equipment.
Use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, comparators.
Navigate intranet to locate process documents; basic computer skills.
Read and interpret work instructions, prints, and dimensions.

Experience & Education:

Typically 1-3 years of experience.
GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
