. This position is a full‑time entry level maintenance position based in Newport Beach, CA.

• Assist and support the maintenance team.
• Perform inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing equipment.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of facility building and grounds.
• Operate and maintain hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Clean and prepare work areas and workstations for use by mechanics and other technicians.
• Document and keep maintenance work orders.
• Perform other basic repairs and duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
• Work with minimal to no supervision.
• Follow safe work practices and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete forklift, scissor lift, and lockout/tagout training.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

• 1‑2 years related experience and/or training preferred.

• Proficient with hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot machinery.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret maintenance instructions, manuals, safety rules, and other documents.
• Excellent time‑management skills to complete a variety of tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Works indoors within office and manufacturing areas.
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
• Noisy environment moderate to loud.
• Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The incumbent must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (“green card” holder), or have refugee or asylee status.

$25–29 per hour.
