Artbeat Studios, a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is looking for a reliable and hands‑on Seasonal Shipping & Production Assistant to support various departments in day‑to‑day operations. This dynamic role involves assisting in shipping and packaging, woodshop support, material pick‑ups and deliveries, and print finishing tasks. • Assist in preparing shipments, including boxing, labeling, and organizing outbound packages.
• Build custom boxes or wooden crates for specialty shipments when required.
• Support the woodshop team in material handling, light fabrication tasks, and workspace upkeep.
• Pick up and drop off supplies, materials, or completed jobs using the company vehicle.
• Assist in print finishing tasks such as mounting, cutting, and assembling final printed materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work spaces and production areas.
• Help track and restock inventory of shipping and packaging supplies.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure timely job completion.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general support across departments as needed.

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and utility knives.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and efficiently organizing items within the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
