Keyway Broaching​/Machinist - ATR

• Pull broaching / Pull broaching
• Setup and operate a vertical slotting machine to create keyways
• Operate keyway broaching machines to produce precision components.
• Setup and operate Bridgeport and Lagun conventional milling machines to drill and tap set screws
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload material.
• Other tasks/functions/projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machinist, specifically with broaching machines.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage; includes health benefits effective on date of hire, dental and vision benefits effective on the first of the month following date of hire, Paid Time Off ("PTO"), 10 paid holidays, generous 401(k) match and profit sharing, annual bonus potential, life insurance, short and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, education reimbursement, home and auto insurance discounts, and pet insurance.
