This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Ana, CA, for an Operations Supervisor (VSM) at ASTECH Engineered Products, Inc. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company standards and objectives. Responsibilities include managing and supervising teams, coordinating operational activities, analyzing processes for improvement, and ensuring effective communication across departments to achieve operational goals.

The role also involves monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and problem‑solving to optimize performance and productivity.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in analytical skills to identify and address key performance issues and process inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and clear interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and standards, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
• Ability to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, and dynamic on‑site manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma practices, or process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
