Cartridge Assembly Technicians are critical members of the production team responsible for the build and rebuild of cartridges for machine-only customers. This role also supports collaboration with the Skid production team and may assist the Test Pad team with installations and test setups for the engineering department based on customer requirements. Technicians are expected to work with tight tolerances and handle delicate, highly machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Maintain a high standard of 5S within the production area
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working under tight tolerances
• Perform cartridge builds and rebuilds with extremely low fallout and scrap targets
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Utilize strong mechanical aptitude when assembling complex components
• Lift and move heavy objects as required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Skid Production and Test Pad teams
• Assist with installation and test setups for engineering-driven testing
• Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Understanding of metal fabrication and machining concepts
• Knowledge of quality procedures and ISO requirements
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer skills (email, record keeping, inventory management, form filing)
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials

• Associate Degree
• Experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or technology-based roles
• Forklift certification and experience (highly recommended)
