A company is looking for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner for Virtual Health Assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
- Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
- Conduct virtual assessments, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring compliance with regulations
- DNP, FNP, or ENP from an accredited program
- Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Compact RN license and licensed in at least two specified states
- 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
- Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, speak)
