Nurse Practitioner

• Wound Care Visit – Debridement $150 per visit
• Wound Care Visit – Grafting + Debridement $150 per visit

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced wound care and primary care in a busy medical group practice.

You will independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform wound procedures (including debridement, NPWT, compression), and lead patient education and care coordination.

• Provide comprehensive wound care and primary care, including ordering and interpreting labs/diagnostics and prescribing treatments.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans and document accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor nurses/medical assistants and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

• Master’s/post‑master’s/doctoral degree in Nursing and national NP certification.
• Active NP license, DEA; wound care certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 2 years NP experience; wound care and primary care/family medicine experience preferred.

• Advanced wound care skills.
