QA Inspector I - All shifts (Santa Ana, CA; Santa Ana, CA; ...)

We are looking for entry-level QA Inspector to join our team!

The Quality Assurance Inspector I performs independent inspection functions to verify that products conform to specifications. This individual monitors processes, provides support to Operations, and enforces cGMPs and SOPs.

• Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures during the manufacturing process.
• Performs line clearance for the removal of all previous products, components, and foreign materials.
• Approves workstations for readiness before use.
• Monitors all aspects of the manufacturing operations and reports non-conformance to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Reviews documentation to assure accuracy and completeness.
• Collects samples, components, and finished products as needed.
• Releases and issuances of labels.
• Inspects and checks in-process and final product according to written procedures and specifications.
• Maintains all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follows/enforces that everyone adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
• Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma/GED.
• Minimum 6 months
  -1 year of relevant work experience preferred; willingness to train the right candidate.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in English, verbal and written skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Competitive wages, starting $18.00-$23.00/hour, depending on shift differential and experience.
