$20.00‑$20.50/hr | 100% onsite in Santa Ana, CA | M‑Th, 6 am to 2:30 pm
Duties- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food‑handling practices.
- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Flexible to working all kitchen stations: grill, sandwich, and catering.
- Prep consistent product for service.
- Produce quality products in a timely manner.
- Must be able to read, scale and follow recipes.
- Must be able to clearly communicate with managers, customers and kitchen personnel.
- Must be able to bend, reach and stoop and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours.
- 1 yr. previous cooking experience necessary.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Valid Food handler’s card.
