From The Earth is a locally operated cannabis retailer and delivery service focused on providing quality products and exceptional customer care. We’re currently seeking a dependable and motivated Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant to join our Santa Ana team.
Position OverviewThe Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant supports both inventory operations and retail floor activities to ensure smooth, efficient store performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, assisting with fulfillment, and supporting customer-facing operations as needed.
Responsibilities- Conduct accurate mid and end-of-day inventory checks
- Maintain accuracy and store flow throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory intake, labeling, and organization
- Help maintain accurate counts and support daily cycle counts
- Pack orders for pickup and delivery (two-sets-of-eyes verification)
- Assist dispatch with accepting orders, packing, answering phones, and routing as needed
- Provide budtending support and break coverage for the floor team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Budtending experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
