As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni channel customer by selecting merchandise from the selling floor, packing, and shipping customer orders with care and attention to detail. You will also assist with customer pick-up and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

We're looking for flexible, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re someone who can handle multiple tasks and is available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays then come be part of a team that’s dedicated to making every customer feel at home.
Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. What You Will Do- Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance. Take the time to understand their concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Picking and Packing: Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in good condition; process shippable returns and abandoned in‑store pickup orders.
