Role Overview

Fitness Counselor at EōS Fitness – an energetic, upbeat, and motivating environment that prioritizes both fitness and teamwork. Our Core Purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The Position Purpose is to create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in achieving their fitness goals through a lively sales approach and magnetic personality, ensuring new members pursue their goals.
• Engage members and conduct member engagement activities.
• Perform building and equipment maintenance and safety duties.
• Account for membership sales (club and individual), billing, customer service, and information hub (product knowledge, programs, events).

• Takes ownership of results and fights hard to win.
• Adapts quickly to various situations and is a strong team player willing to jump into any task.
• Communicates well with members and teammates, exhibiting a strong customer‑service mentality.
• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Is extremely organized, works independently, and can multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Shows strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, phone etiquette, and quick focus shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

This is a 20‑hour per week position. Applicants must be available to work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Hourly position – potential annual earnings $36,000—$72,000 USD.
