Agent’s Assistant – Inside Sales Representative (State Farm Agent Team Member)

Santa Ana, CA. Full‑time position, with part‑time available for college students.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to support insurance agents by fostering strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, following up to nurture leads and close sales.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Utilize a needs‑based review process to educate customers on appropriate insurance products tailored to their situations.
• Collaborate closely with insurance agents to support sales goals and business development initiatives.
• Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting agency growth.

• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Prior sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or related fields).
• Ability and willingness to obtain Property and Casualty credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Motivated to achieve agreed‑upon marketing and sales goals.

• Hourly pay $18.00–$25.00 plus commission and bonus.
