Do you hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or are you willing to obtain one with our support? We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Client Service Representative to provide outstanding client service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to our agency’s growth.
Multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish and Vietnamese, are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse Orange County community!
What You’ll Do- Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects
- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
- Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals
- Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions
- Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Multilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a strong advantage
- Hourly pay $23 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
