Job Title : Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) will be responsible for driving new business growth, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the wide format graphics and printing industry.
Position Accountabilities- Achieving Revenue Targets:
Meet or exceed growth sales targets from building a portfolio of brand new accounts and onboarding new clients with contractual negotiations, rate structures, and service level agreements. - Managing the Entire Project Lifecycle:
Oversee projects from start to finish, provide estimates, prepare contracts, and collaborate with design and production teams to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.
- Building Strong Relationships:
Nurture excellent relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. - Providing Consultative Solutions:
Offer technical knowledge and support for products like wall graphics, floor graphics, wraps, signs, digital displays, and custom graphics. - Proactive identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities:
Generate new business through solution sales techniques and manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure. - Use sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales quotas.
- Create compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field / or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of proven experience in selling B2B graphic print services.
- Success selling to retailers, QSR, restaurants, event service companies, hospitality companies or the sports market.
- Experience in the graphic design, printing, or signage industry highly preferred.
- Technical specialization in printed wide format materials, ideally selling wall wraps, fleet wraps, floor graphics and related event materials.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to create customer messaging.
- Ability to communicate with multiple organizational levels including C‑Suite.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client needs.
- Experience with Hub Spot or other relevant CRM tools as a prospecting tool.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, self‑starter ability.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Comfortable in the face of rejection with patience and persistence.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Travel:
Frequent domestic and international travel expected, including overnight stays.
Hours:
Full-time, exempt position requiring at least 40 hours per week, with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.
Work environment:
Remote or traditional office setting.
Physicality:
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; local and national travel required.
