Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for executing processes in lead generation and prospecting
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure data integrity in Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Support tradeshow creativities, schedules, travel/logistics while maintaining budget
- Collaborate with external sales representatives, monitor activity and commission
- Create, compile and analyze customer and industry trends using CRM and ERP data
- Assist in coordination of sales initiatives, e‑mail campaigning, website and advertising
- Prepare sales and marketing documentation, reports and metrics for internal and external personnel
Skills and Abilities
- Self‑motivated and maintains a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- A team enabler and great communicator
- Adaptable to new tools, systems and processes
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and data analytics
- 4‑year degree in business, marketing or relevant field (preferred)
- Successful work experience as a sales associate, marketing assistant or similar position
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
