Location: South Coast & South London - Southern Counties, between Sussex and Dorset
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm

Dek Board are part of the Epwin Group, a progressive and rapidly expanding decking system supplier and installer. Leaders in decking installations within the leisure market with extensive expertise in the domestic sector also. To support our growth and expanding customer base we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager to work closely with our existing customer base & seek new business.
Role- Close liaison with our Installation tamsto provide decking and associated product installations within this area.
- Initiate and nurture new business via networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
- Travel between locations within the Sussex & Dorset area including Isle of Wight.
- Obtain and share market research relating to new accounts, business opportunities and competitors.
- Produce appropriate presentations, sales reports and updates.
- Complete and share accurate site surveys and quotations.
- Ability to close deals, achieve targets and deadlines.
- Manage your own workload and diary to maximise opportunities.
- Promote and secure sales of existing and new product lines including decking, hot tubs, pergolas, and outdoor furniture.
- “Can do” attitude and approach are essential.
- This is a field-based role therefore clean driving licence required.
- Permanent position. 40hrs/ week, variable in line with seasonality & business needs, weekend working & some bank holiday may be required.
- Fully expensed company vehicle for business use.
