The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA. This position is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and preparing quotes and orders. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, and coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role also involves managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and promoting appropriate products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.

The Inside Sales Representative will use phone, email, and in-person interactions at the counter to support customers and contribute to overall branch performance.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, preferably in plumbing supply, construction materials, or a related wholesale environment.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to listen, identify needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management, including maintaining records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills for pricing, quoting, and order entry.
• Comfort using sales and inventory management software, as well as standard office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA, in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in sales or plumbing products is a plus.
• Background in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industry is beneficial.
