The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA. This position supports the sales team by greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, answering inquiries about products, and providing detailed information on materials, pricing, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders, updating customer records, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The Sales Assistant helps maintain showroom displays, organizes samples, and assists with follow-ups on leads and ongoing projects. This role also involves regular communication with designers, architects, and other clients to support a positive customer experience and contribute to sales growth.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM or sales systems is beneficial.
• Interest in interior design, architecture, or building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA, including standing, walking the showroom, and handling product samples.
• Prior experience in retail, showroom, or sales support is preferred but not required.
