As a Security Officer – Retail Mall Patrol Unarmed you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as retail/malls. The role is a driving post and you will remain visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication while embodying Allied Universal’s values.

• Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or security concerns.
• Assist visitors, customers, and employees with inquiries and directions.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report irregularities.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client‑specific protocols.

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required.
• License requirements may vary by state.
