Listed below are the requirements for the position.

Conveyor Millwright is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial conveyor systems. This role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with a wide range of tools and technical documentation.

• Installation: Assemble, install, and calibrate conveyor systems based on blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, including lubrication, gear alignment, and bolt tightening.
• Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, replace worn components, and restore equipment to operational condition.
• Dismantling & Moving: Safely disassemble, relocate, and reassemble machinery as required.
• Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, diagnostic instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and welding equipment.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing issues and executing timely repairs.
• Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols when working with heavy machinery.
• Physical Fitness: Able to work in physically demanding environments, including heights, confined spaces, and awkward positions.

• Exposure to industrial environments with heavy machinery.
• May require lifting, climbing, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
