Winn Companies is looking for a dependable and customer service–oriented Maintenance Technician II to join our team at The Knolls Apartments, a 260-unit LIHTC property in Orange, CA. You will perform maintenance in rental units, common areas, office, grounds and parking lots, handling repair tasks across appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
The position offers a pay range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call availability after hours for urgent
