Randstad USA is hiring a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor (Working Manager) for our Santa Ana, CA facility. You will lead the 2nd Shift Fab & Form team, mentor welders, and step in on the floor to perform MIG, TIG, or Flux welds as needed.
The role blends hands-on welding with active supervision on a fast-paced shop floor. You must have at least 5+ years of welding experience with 3+ years in supervision, be proficient in MIG, TIG, flux welding, and work with steel, aluminum, and Invar 36.
