The mission of the Account Executive is to grow new title and escrow relationships by building trust with real estate professionals and developing a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
This role focuses on creating new business through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and disciplined execution...supported by coaching, structure, and clear expectations.

Core ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
Build relationships with new real estate agents and partners.
Initiate outreach through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
Identify opportunities to add value and support clients’ businesses.
Maintain an organized pipeline using internal tools and frameworks.
Qualify prospects thoughtfully and progress conversations over time.
Balance relationship-building with proactive business development.
Manage activity and pipeline with accuracy and consistency.
Follow established outreach and follow-up processes.
Take ownership of personal performance and improvement.
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
Apply feedback to improve communication and effectiveness.
Continue developing sales skills, market knowledge, and professionalism.
Standard schedule:
Monday‑Friday during business hours.Occasional flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, or weekend activities such as open houses or networking events.
This role may involve a combination of inside outreach and in‑market relationship building, depending on territory and experience.
