We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Financial Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating internal workflows, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic financial advisory firm. This hybrid position blends strategic planning, relationship cultivation, and office leadership into a single impactful role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and multitasking skills, and has a passion for client service and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level service experience.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and proactive outreach via email and phone.
- Prepare client forms, financial summaries, and review documentation using CRM tools and planning software (e.g., Albridge Wealth Reporting, Wealthbox).
- Support all stages of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a right-hand to the CEO to ensure seamless operational execution, calendar prioritization, and timely task follow-through.
- Manage executive email flow, meeting coordination, and high-priority action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams—operations, marketing, compliance—to streamline initiatives and ensure alignment with firm goals.
- Plan and execute client events, seminars, webinars, and appreciation programs, including logistics, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
- Support marketing initiatives in partnership with FMOs and marketing teams, including campaign coordination, compliance submissions, and social media content workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial planning support, client service, office administration, or a related professional environment.
- Exceptional ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and solve problems independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, client-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with financial planning tools.
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting in accordance with federal regulations.
- Prior experience in a wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory setting.
- Exposure to securities-related processes, investment documentation, or compliance workflows.
- Interest in pursuing Series 7, Series 66, and Insurance licensing (firm sponsorship available after 2 years).
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend support for seminars or events
- In-person attendance required in Santa Barbara, CA
