The Opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer who shares our passion for detail, design, and collaboration. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that creates one‑of‑a‑kind homes for discerning clients. The APM will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication, meticulous documentation, and an elevated experience for clients, architects, and trade partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Project Manager in the execution of high‑end custom home projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants with precision and professionalism
- Maintain detailed project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules
- Use technology (especially Procore) to keep projects organized and transparent
- Attend site visits, capture progress, and assist in translating design intent into reality
- Uphold the standards of craftsmanship and service that define our work
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in custom residential construction or related field
- Strong technology skills – Procore experience preferred
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation for design and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
